Recruitment - Data Flow
This section is designed to take you through the basic processes of Recruitment. It is important to note that your organization's procedures for Recruitment will probably differ.
The first section will take you through submitting and approving a job posting, registering as an external applicant, applying for a job posting, recommending the applicant for hire, and hiring the applicant, which will create the pending employee record for the external applicant. The second section will take you through submitting and approving a job posting, applying for a job posting, recommending an internal applicant for hire, and hiring the internal applicant.
