Assignment Code Table

Use this page to add, update, and delete Assignment codes. Assignment codes identify the assignments employees perform. The Assignment Code table records are used on employees' Assignments pages, along with the location and percentage of time devoted to the assignment.

In school districts, these records link employee assignments to EEO categories for the EEO-5 report. Two fields are provided for tracking qualifications concerning Highly Qualified Teacher requirements. For more information, refer to Highly Qualified Teacher Records.

In municipalities, these records reference employees' primary areas of responsibility and their EEO-4 category. However, if your organization does not use the Assignments page, you do not need to set up the Assignment Code table. For more information, refer to the Assignments Page.

The table's report lists codes, their titles, and the EEO-5 category code. The report's default file name is assgncd.rpt.
