5-Year Summary Revenue Projection Option

Use this option to generate a summary report that includes the following data:

Approved Budget - Approved revenue budget for the coming year.

Future Projections - Projected revenue budgets for the second through fourth years.

The data in the Revenue Budget Summary report is organized by the highest level (fund) of your organization structure, and then by account.

Generating the 5-Year Revenue Budget Summary report

1. Select Budget Preparation > Reports > 5-Year Revenue > 5 Year Summary Revenue Projection.

2. In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include in the report. To perform an advanced search, use the Advanced button.

3. Click OK.

4. In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is revbud5s.rpt.
