Personnel Budgeting is designed to work in conjunction with other PowerSchool ERP products, including Budget Preparation, Human Resources, Position Control, Salary Negotiations, and Fund Accounting.
You do not have to have all of these systems installed to run the Personnel Budgeting package. For example, while Position Control and Salary Negotiations both provide data that can be valuable in budgeting, this information either can be generated by other means or is useful but not essential for projecting personnel costs.
This section provides a summary of the procedures used in the Personnel Budgeting System. It is intended as an overview to familiarize you with the budgeting process from start to finish. However, do not attempt to run the software from this outline.
