Use this option to generate a summary report on your revenue budget. The report provides a comparison of the prior and current year budgets with your approved budget.
In addition to a report total, the summary report provides totals on the highest (fund) and second highest levels in your organization structure, as well as a report total.

Generating the Summary Revenue Budget report

Select Budget Preparation > Reports > Revenue > Summary Revenue Budget.

In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include in the report. To perform an advanced search, use the Advanced button.

Click OK.

In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is revbuds.rpt.
