Concise Expenditure Budget Option

Use this option to generate a summary report comparing prior and current year expenditure budgets with your approved budget.

Menu Path:  Budget Preparation > Reports > Expenditure > Concise Expenditure Budget

Generating the Concise Expenditure Budget report

  1. Select Budget Preparation > Reports > Expenditure > Concise Expenditure Budget.

  2. In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include in the report. To perform an advanced search, use the Advanced button.

  3. Click OK.

  4. In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is expbud.rpt.
