Use this page to load a budget iteration. Loading an iteration replaces all of the data in your current work file with data from the iteration being loaded.
Important
Always consider saving your work file before running the Load Personnel Budget Iteration option to avoid losing data. There are cases, however, when you may not want to save your work. For example, if you change several records in an iteration and are not pleased with the results, you can reload the iteration and start over from the point prior to the changes.
Menu Path: Personnel Budgeting > Entry & Processing > Iterations > Load Position Budget Iteration
Loading an iteration

Select Personnel Budgeting > Entry & Processing > Iterations > Load Position Budget Iteration to display the Load Position Budget Iteration page.

In the Position Iteration field, enter the number of the iteration you want to load.

Click OK.

In the confirmation dialog, click Yes to load the file.

Click OK when the load is complete.
The loaded iteration becomes the active version of your work file, replacing the data previously held in the file.
