Reference Tables Status Report

Use this option to generate a report showing the records in Personnel Budgeting System's reference tables. The tables covered by the report include: Additional Duties, Benefit, FICA/Medicare, Job Class, Pay Code, and Workers' Comp.

The Personnel Budgeting Tables Status report enables you to review the table information extracted from the Human Resources at the beginning of the budgeting process. You cannot select the records to include. The system automatically includes all records from all tables.

The report's default file name pbudstat.rpt. For the procedure for generating reports, refer to Report Options and Procedure.

Report Sections

The report provides a separate section for each Personnel Budgeting table in the following order:

Job Class

Includes job class and bargaining unit codes, position titles, and codes identifying the salary schedules, calendars, Worker's Comp records, and benefits associated with each class.

Pay Code

Lists pay codes and titles, pay types, unit rates, liability accounts, FICA flags, benefit exemptions, and special pay frequencies.

Benefit

Provides benefit codes and titles, benefit methods, rates or amounts, frequencies, liability accounts, and FICA flags.

FICA

Shows FICA/Medicare benefit codes and titles, rates, maximum amounts, distributions, and benefit methods.

Workers' Comp

Lists Workers' Comp benefit codes and titles, liability accounts, and rates.

Additional Duty

Includes additional duty pay codes, percentage rates, and dollar amounts.
