ACA Hours Tracking - File Layout and Data Mapping - Audit Report

The default file names for the Audit report are:

JOB CLASS

The four-character job classification code associated with the ACA hours record that was changed.

Retrieved from the Job Class field on the ACA Hours Tracking page.

D

PAY CODE

The three-character pay/earnings code associated with the ACA hours record that was changed.

Retrieved from the Pay Code field on the ACA Hours Tracking page.

E

START DATE

The start date of the pay period for the modified ACA hours record.

Retrieved from the Start Date field on the ACA Hours Tracking page.

F

CHECK NO

The check or warrant number associated with the ACA hours record that was changed.

Retrieved from the Check Number field on the ACA Hours Tracking page.

G

OPERATOR

The user login ID/name of the person who made the change to the ACA hours record.

Retrieved from the system user login ID of the person who is currently logged in and making changes on the ACA Hours Tracking page.

REASON

The type of change that was made.


Valid values:

  • ADD = Record was manually added

  • CHANGE = Existing record was updated

  • DELETE = Record was deleted

  • IMPORT = Record was imported from an external file

  • LOAD = Record was loaded from the check history or calendar days

DATE CHANGE

The date when the change was made to the ACA hours record.

The time of day when the change was made.
