Use the ACA 1095 Maintenance - District Configuration page to configure district-level settings for ACA (Affordable Care Act) 1095 forms.

On the 1095 Maintenance page, select District Configuration.

Refer to the Field description and select the Opt for 1095 Forms option if required.

Select Accept.

Save the Employee Changes file and select OK. The default file name is 1095_Employee_Changes__<#####>.xlsx.

Controls the district-wide preference for generating ACA 1095 forms. If this option is selected, it sets all employees' individual Opt for 1095 options on the Defined Page 31001 - EAC Print Option page to N. If this option is cleared, it sets all employees' individual Opt for 1095 options on the Defined Page 31001 - EAC Print Option page to Y. |
