Vacant Positions

Use this option to generate a list of positions that are unfilled. Besides location, job class, and position codes, the Vacant Position report shows the authorized, filled, pending adjustment, pending vacancy. pending fill and vacant FTE's for each position.

A position has vacancies if its filled FTE's are less than its Authorized FTE's: Authorized FTE's - Filled FTE + Pending Adjustment FTE + Pending Vacancy FTE- Pending Filled FTE.

The user has the option to determine which user-defined fields to print on the PDF report.”
