Attachments

This page allows the instructor to save relevant documents for their employment for administrator reference. The documents that the instructor uploads are accessible to the administrator in the Instructor/Participant reference table. To access this page, the instructor will click the Attachments link on the Instructor menu.

To upload a file, the instructor must click the Browse button to locate the file on their computer. The instructor must write a description for the file, select an Attachment Type, and click Add to upload the file. The instructor can also click Cancel to clear any changes made since the last time the page was saved or Print to print a copy of the page.

Description of the file to be uploaded. Character/50

Attachment Type

Identifies the file's Attachment Group. In this case, PD INSTRUCTOR should be assigned, which will enable the administrator to view the documents users upload from this page.

Local File

Name of the local file to be uploaded. The instructor must click the Browse button to search for file they want to upload from their computer.
