Use this option to unlock the Human Resources System after calculating your pay run.

You do not need to run the Unlock Human Resources option if you chose not to lock the system in the Lock Human Resources page.

The Unlock Human Resources page provides an option for skipping the unlock process. Should you select this, you can unlock the system in System Administration's Lock/Unlock Human Resources option.
Unlocking the Human Resources System

Click Unlock Human Resources in the Pay Run Processing page to display the Unlock Human Resources page.

If you are using the Payroll Wizard, the page displays when you close the Processing after running the Pay Calculation option.

In the page's Select Option section, select one of the following radio buttons:
Unlock Human Resources(Default) - to unlock the system.
Skip Unlocking - to skip the unlock process. Click this button if you did not lock Human Resources when you ran your pay calculations. -
Click Next to either unlock the system or skip the unlock process, depending on your selection in Step 3.
The Direct Deposit page displays.
