Employee Detail Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The Employee Detail report’s default file name is crdc_employeerpt<xxxx>_<xxxxx>.xlsx.

A	CRDC REPORTING SCHOOL YEAR	The CRDC reporting year.	Retrieved from the CRDC YEAR field on the Activity page.
B	EMPLOYEE NUMBER	The employee number.	Retrieved from the Employee Number field on the Activity page.
C	POSITION CODE	The employee’s CRDC position.	Retrieved from the CRDC POSITION field on the Activity page. Valid values: ADMIN = Administrator (2018 only) AIDE = Aide (2018 only) COUNS = School Counselor GUARD = Security Guard NURSE = Nurse PSYCH = Psychologist SOCWK = Social Worker SUPPT = Support Staff (2018 only) SWORN = Sworn Law Officer TEACH = Teacher
D	FTE	The full-time equivalent (FTE) of the employee’s CRDC position.	Retrieved from the POSITION FTE field on the Activity page.
E	LOCATION	The employee’s CRDC location.	Retrieved from the LOCATION field on the Activity page.
F	CERTIFIED TEACHER	Indicates whether the teacher has active certifications that have not expired or are not excluded from CRDC reporting.	Retrieved from the Certifications/Licenses page.
G	TOTAL YEARS	The employee's total years of experience.	Retrieved from the Years in Total field on the Employment tab of the Employee Information page.
H	HIRE DATE	The employee’s hire date.	Retrieved from the Hire Date field on the Employment tab of the Employee Information page.
I	10-DAY ABSENCE	Indicates whether the employee was absent for ten or more days.	Retrieved from the 10-DAY ABSENCE field on the Activity page. Valid values: Y N
J	FTE STATE/LOCAL FUNDING	The employee’s state or local funding FTE.	Retrieved from the FTE NO FEDERAL field on the Activity page.
K	SALARY STATE/LOCAL FUNDING	The employee’s state or local funding salary.	Retrieved from the SAL NO FEDERAL field on the Activity page.
L	FTE ALL SOURCES	The employee’s FTE from all sources.	Retrieved from the FTE NO FEDERAL and FTE W/ FEDERAL field on the Activity page.
M	SALARY ALL SOURCES WITH FEDERAL	The employee’s salary from all sources, including federal.	Retrieved from the SAL NO FEDERAL and SAL W/ FEDERAL fields on the Activity page.
N	LOAD DATE	The date the data load process was performed.	Not applicable
O	LOAD ID	The User ID of the person who performed the data load process.	Not applicable
