Use this table to create and maintain specialized skills applicants and employees possess. For example, these skills can include the ability the translate another language, experience with desktop publishing, or certification in first aid.

In Recruitment, Job Skills codes are used by applicants when responding to a question with the response type Skills.

The Job Skill Table report's default file name is jobskill.rpt. For the procedures for searching for, adding, updating, deleting, and printing table records, refer to Standard Reference Table Procedures.
