Deleting Commodities from Bids

Use the Delete item on the Bid Catalog Information page's toolbar to delete a commodity from a bid. Once a request is entered for a commodity, however, the commodity can no longer be deleted.

Menu Path:  Vendor Bidding > Entry & Processing > Bid Information > Bid Catalog Information search for and select a bid > click OK > select a commodity > click Delete

Deleting commodities from bids

1. Select Vendor Bidding > Entry & Processing > Bid Information > Bid Catalog Information to display the Bid Catalog Information page.

2. In the Search Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the bids to list, and then click Find.

3. In the List section, select the bid containing the commodity to delete.

4. Click OK to display the bid's commodities in the Detail section.

5. In the Detail section, select the commodity to delete.

6. Click Delete.

7. Click OK to delete the commodity.

8. To delete another commodity in the same bid, repeat Steps 5-7.
   or
   To delete a commodity in another bid, click Back to return to the List section, and then repeat Steps 3-7.
