Use this option to generate a report providing key quantity figures for selected Inventory Catalog records. The summary report shows a single row of data for each stock item you include. This allows you to quickly review the following stock measurements:
|
Quantity Available |
Units in Stock |
Unit Price/Average Cost |
|
Quantity Requested |
Units Back Ordered |
Total Stock Value |
After selecting a sort order and entering your criteria, you can choose to see either the Average Cost from the catalog or the Price that is applied to a stock item when it is included in a request.
The page's criteria fields reference fields in the Inventory Catalog. The Discontinued field, which is a checkbox in the catalog, lists the following options in the report page:
|
N-Active Items |
Selects stock items that are not marked as discontinued. This excludes all discontinued items. |
|
Y-Discontinued Items |

|
Blank |
Selects records without considering the Discontinued setting. This includes both active and discontinued items. |
