Use this option to determine the status of approved request line items that are not filled. The Unfilled Request Items report lists unfilled request items by warehouse code and then stock number. The data also includes the total costs of unfilled items per warehouse as well as a grand total of all items.
The report does not include line items that are unapproved, nor does it regard back ordered quantities as being unfilled. To generate a listing of back orders, run the Back Ordered Items report. For details, refer to Back Ordered Items.

Generating the Unfilled Request Items report

Select Warehouse Inventory > Reports > Warehouse Reports > Unfilled Requests to display the Unfilled Request Report page.

In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include, and then click OK. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.

In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is unfilled.rpt.
