Detail Listing of Fixed Assets

Menu Path:  Fixed Assets > Reports > Fixed Assets Reports > Detail Listing of Fixed Assets

Use this option to generate a report providing detailed information on selected assets. For each asset, the report lists the following:

• Descriptive Information

• Acquisition Information

• Depreciation Information

• Distribution Information

Generate the Fixed Assets Listing Report

1. Choose the Detail Listing of Fixed Assets page.

2. Enter criteria identifying the records to include, then click OK. To run an advanced search, select Advanced.

3. Enter a title for the report and select up to three fields to use as levels for sorting the report.

4. Click OK.

5. Specify how to generate the report, then click OK. The report's default file name is assetdt1.rpt.
