Fixed Assets by Location

Menu Path:  Fixed Assets > Reports > Fixed Assets Reports > Fixed Assets by Location

Use this option to generate a report listing all assets in a specified location, along with the description, category, status, date acquired, units, initial cost, and the current value of each asset.

Generate the Fixed Assets by Location Report

  1. Choose the Fixed Assets by Location page.

  2. Enter criteria identifying the records to include, then click OK. To run an advanced search, select Advanced.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Specify how to generate the report, then click OK. The report's default file name is locasset.rpt.
