Schedule by Function and Activity

Menu Path:  Fixed Assets > Reports > Fixed Assets Reports > Schedule by Function and Activity

Use this option to generate the Schedule by Function and Activity report. The report selects information from the GASB table based on the record's fund type (business, government, or both). The report prints ending balances for assets associated with each function and activity combination. You can generate a report for either the current or prior fiscal year.

Generate the Schedule by Function and Activity Report

1. Choose the Schedule by Function and Activity page.

2. Select a Fiscal Year.

3. Select the Fund Type:

   • All Types

   • Business

   • Government

4. Click OK.

5. Specify how to generate the report, then click OK. The report's default file name is schfunac.rpt.
