Use this report to generate a profit and loss (income) statement including net position. You can choose between a summary or detail report. The detail report includes all expenditure and revenue accounts, not just summary accounts.
The default file name of the report is profit_loss.rpt (summary) or profit_loss_detail.rpt.
The account format matches your Fund Accounting profile:

If Full Account Format is not selected, it displays Budget Unit and Account.

If Full Account Format is selected, it displays the full account string.
Payroll Encumbrance is always current.
