Menu Path: From Billing & Receipts, select Miscellaneous Billing, select Cash Receipts, and then select Online Receipts.
You can search online receipts to view details such as the date, receipt number, customer, line items, and payment information. The search results show all receipts entered that match your criteria, whether the receipts were entered online or in a batch.
Online receipts immediately post to customer accounts.
View Online Receipts

Enter criteria identifying the records, then click Find.

In the List section, select the desired record, then click OK to display the View Receipt page.

In the Paid Items List section, select the desired record, then click OK to display the Cash Receipt distribution page.

When finished, click Back.
Enter Online Receipts

Click Add New.

Complete the fields as needed. For details, refer to the Fields section below.

Click OK.
Generate Online Receipt Reports

Enter criteria identifying the records, then click Find.

Click Print.

Specify how you want to generate the report, then click OK. The report's default file name is mrcrpo01.rpt.
