Location Activity Accounts

Menu Path: Student Activities > Reference Tables > Student Activities > Location Activity Accounts

Use this table to view financial activity for individual clubs or organizations. This table displays the following categories:

  • Total Revenue

  • Total Expense

  • Total Revenue-Expense

Each category provides the following detailed information:

  • YTD Actual

  • Encumbrances

  • YTD Balance

  • Prior YR Actual

  • ITD Balance

Use the Period Balances option on the Action bar to view more detailed information by reporting periods.

Add a Location Activity Account

You must create a Location Activity Code before creating a Location Activity Account.

  1. Choose the Location Activity Accounts page.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Select the Location Activity Code and Account to add.

  4. Click Accept.

Inactivate a Location Activity Account

  1. Choose the Location Activity Account page.

  2. Select a Location Activity Account.

  3. Click Inactivate.
