Physical Inventory Worksheet

Menu Path:  Fixed Assets > Reports > Fixed Assets Reports > Physical Inventory Worksheet

Use this option to generate a report listing assets broken down by location. The Fixed Assets Inventory Worksheet report shows the ID, description, department, and status of each asset. It also includes a space for indicating whether the asset has been accounted for in the inventory process.

Generate the Fixed Assets Inventory Worksheet

1. Choose the Physical Inventory Worksheet page.

2. Enter criteria identifying the records to include, then click OK. To run an advanced search, select Advanced.

3. Click OK.

4. Specify how to generate the report, then click OK. The report's default file name is phyinvwk.rpt.
