Use the Applicant Recommendation option of the Workflow Configuration Profile to define the following:

Information that will appear in the email notifications sent to the users that need to process additional checking on the applicant, approvers, requesters and employees who need to receive notifications that an applicant recommendation has been approved. In addition, define subject lines to be used for both email and Activities notifications.

Whether additional checking and approvals are required for applicant recommendations.

Messages that will appear if an approval group is not defined.

Messages that will appear on the e-Form for employees, approvers, and requesters.

Email addresses for receiving notifications in the event of a problem when the final approval is complete and the applicant record could not be updated in Applicant Information or Job Applicant Viewer.
