Use the e-Form History option to review an Employee Termination e-Form from the time it is initiated until it is complete. The e-Form History will display the requests made through the Employee Termination and Applicant Recommendation workflows.
Menu Path: Human Resources > Entry & Processing > Employee > Employee Information > select an employee > select History on the Action Bar > click e-Form History
Page Sections
The Review e-Form History page includes two sections:

Requests Made by Employee |
Displays the e-Form history for all requests initiated by the employee. |

Request Made for Employee |
Displays the e-Form history for all requests made for the employee. |
Fields

First Name |
The first name of the person who this employee initiated an e-Form for. This column only displays in the Request Made by Employee section of this page. |

Last Name |
The last name of the person who this employee initiated an e-Form for. This column only displays in the Request Made by Employee section of this page. |

Form Type |
The workflow form that was initiated by the employee or for the employee. The value in this column will either be Termination or Applicant Recommendation. |

Note |
If the user viewing this page has the same user login as the employee record being reviewed, employee termination e-Forms will not display. |

Last Date to Pay/Hire Date |
The date on the e-Form that was initiated by the employee or for the employee. For the Termination form type, the date entered in the Last Date to Pay field of the e-Form will display in this column. For the Applicant Recommendation form type, the date entered in the Hire Date field of the e-Form will display in this column. |

Request Date |
The date the e-Form was submitted by the employee or for the employee. |

Status |
The status of the workflow. This field will display one of the following: A - Approved

Notes |
Any notes that may have been entered when the e-Form was initiated. |
