Requisition Overview
Purchase Requisitions allow individuals and departments to submit requests for supplies, equipment, and services, which can then be reviewed, approved, and converted into purchase orders.

Integrated approval process with the purchasing module.

Unlimited approver levels, unlike the legacy workflow, which is limited to five.

Conditional approvals based on over 100 requisition parameters, including account approvals (not possible in legacy).

Distinct workflows per line item based on tagged charge items.

Consolidated email notifications for approvers to reduce clutter.

Budget exceed alerts shown to approvers for informed decision-making.

Requisitions can be approved, denied, or marked for correction at both header and line levels, individually or in bulk.

Delegation support at both header and line levels on list and detail screens.

Requesters and authorized users can view approval history and pending approvers via the enhanced Approval Status button.

Approvers can see actions taken by prior approvers.

Post-approval notifications can be sent to non-approvers once the requisition is approved.
Create Requisition Workflow
Menu path
To access the setup page for Advanced Workflow, follow the steps below:

From the menu, select System Administration.

From System Administration, select Workflow.

From Advanced Workflow, select Workflow Setup.

Select Requisition.
The workflow must be enabled in the workflow configuration profile.
Create a group

From the menu, select System Administration.

From System Administration, select Workflow.

From Advanced Workflow, select Workflow Setup.

Select Groups.
-
Select Create Group.
Once selected, a form will be available for you to input the required information. The following fields are required in the form:

Group Criteria
If you would like to set up Group Criteria, you can configure custom criteria grouping with your group as well. For example, you may want to create a group of all active employees. To do so, you could set up a group criteria to only pull active employees in the system. The following fields are available in the group criteria section
