PowerSchool ERP External Applicant Interface - Features

  • Enables your site to use a third-party system for managing employee applications and hiring new staff.

  • Loads data exported from the third-party applicant tracking system software into standard PowerSchool ERP Human Resources tables.

  • Supports exported data files that are in "flat" ASCII pipe-delimited text format.

  • Reduces data entry time and keying errors by transferring information from the third-party applicant tracking system into Human Resources employee tables. Only information that is not imported needs to be manually entered.

  • Generates a Load Summary report providing error and warning messages to identify data that needs correction.

  • Warns if the system loads an applicant and finds duplicate Social Security numbers associated with employee IDs.

  • Imports new employee information directly into Human Resources tables that can be accessed as soon as the data is loaded. The user does not need to complete employee data until the employee needs to be paid.

  • Allows users to follow standard procedures for completing records of new hires, thereby maintaining database interrelationships and assuring proper processing of payroll, W2s, retirement, and other Human Resources data.
