Use the Employee Termination options of the Workflow Configuration Profile to define the following:

Information that will appear in the email notifications sent to the approvers, requesters, and employees who need to receive notifications that an employee has been terminated. In addition, define subject lines to be used for both email and activities notifications.

Whether approvals are required for employee terminations.

Messages that will appear if an approval group is not defined.

Messages that will appear on the e-Form for employees, approvers and requesters.

Email addresses to receive notifications in the event there is a problem when the final approval is complete and the employee record could not be updated.
