Employee New Hire Notification Workflow Configuration Profile

Use the Employee New Hire Notification option of the Workflow Configuration Profile to define the following:

  • Information that will appear in the email notifications sent to the updaters, requesters, and employees who need to be notified that a new employee has been added in Employee Information. In addition, define subject lines to be used for both email and Activities notifications.

  • Messages that will appear on the e-Form for updaters and employees that will receive notifications that an employee has been hired.
