Dynamic Workflow requires users to have settings configured before notifications can be sent out.
Employee Information
Dynamic Workflow uses two fields on an employee record on the Employee Information detail page:

Enter the username from the employee's Security User record. If the employee is not an PowerSchool ERP user, the User Login defaults to the Employee Number. |

Enter the employee email address to receive notifications. |
Notification Subscriptions
Employees involved in the Dynamic Workflow process should have Notification Subscriptions for Workflow active to receive notifications about the requests.
