Other Setup

Use the Other Setup options to adjust features in Employee Access Center (EAC) related to:

  • Contracts

  • Impersonation

  • Print W2s and W2Cs

  • Print 1095s

  • Social Security number display format

For related information, refer to Set Up Security.

From the EAC Administration menu, select Profile. From the Choose a Category menu, select Other Setup.

Select settings for the Other Setup profile

  1. After you select the Other Setup category, click Edit to change the setting for an identifier.

  2. Select the setting for the identifier. Refer to Identifiers and descriptions for details.

  3. Click Save.

Allow Impersonation

  • Yes: Allows specific users to be assigned permission in User Maintenance to impersonate other users of EAC.

  • No: Disables impersonation for all users, regardless of the impersonate setting in User Maintenance.

Display database name on page header

  • Yes: Displays the PowerSchool ERP database title in the EAC page header on each page. Currently not applicable for the EAC Administration site.

  • No: Does not display the database title in the page header.

Currently, the PowerSchool ERP database name appears in the footer of the EAC Administration site.

Hide 1095 Year

Year: YYYY

Where 1095s are displayed in EAC, the year entered is hidden and previous years are available to display. It is recommended to update this annually.

Hide W2 option from Employees that have W2 printed

  • Yes: For employees who have opted to have a printed W2, the W2 option in EAC is hidden from the employee. W2s are not listed to display or print.

  • No: W2s are available to display or print from EAC, even if a printed copy is produced for the employee.

SSN Masking Method on Forms

  • Show Full Social Security Number: Displays entire Social Security number on forms such as W2 or 1095. This may include for employee and dependents.

  • Mask Social Security Number Using XXX-XX-9999 Format: Displays only the last four digits of the Social Security number for employee and dependents.

  • Mask Full Social Security Number: Uses the format XXX-XX-XXXX for the Social Security number for employees and dependents.
