Use the Employee Leave Request option of the Workflow Configuration Profile to define the following:

Information that will appear in the email notifications sent to the approvers, requesters, and users who need to be notified when a leave request that was interfaced to Attendance was canceled, but could not be deleted because of changes made on the record through PowerSchool ERP.

Subject lines to be used for both email and Activities notifications.

Whether approvals are required for employee leave requests.

Messages that will appear if an approval group is not defined.

Messages that will appear on the e-Form for employees, approvers and requesters.

Email address to receive notification in the event that there is a problem when the final approval is complete and Attendance or Employee Timesheets could not be updated.

Calendar validation for both the employee and approver.

How many days prior to the current date leave requests can be entered.

How many days prior to the leave start date a request can be canceled.

Who should be notified when a leave request is canceled.
-
Email address for receive notifications when leave requests interfaced to Attendance are canceled, but could not be deleted.
