Use the Requisitions option of the Workflow Configuration Profile to define the following:

Information that will appear in the email notifications that will be sent to the approvers and requesters. In addition, define subject lines to be used for both email and activities notifications.

Approvers who should be notified when a requisition is routed for approval.

When approvers associated with a multi-level approval group should be notified.

When alternate approvers should be notified.

When account approvers should be notified.
-
Who should be notified when requisitions are canceled, denied or in need of correction.
