User Forms Tab

Use this tab to define who should be notified and when for new user registrations. With the settings on this tab, you can define the following: 

  • Whether approvals are required for new registrations.

  • Whether approvers should be notified when a new user registers.

  • Approvers who should receive notification when a user submits a new registration.

  • Whether users should be notified that their registration has been approved or denied.

Menu Path:  System Administration > Administration > Profiles > Workflow Configuration Profile > click User under Professional Development > select the User Forms tab

Action Buttons

The following action buttons display on the tab:

Apply

Saves your settings.

Undo

Resets any changes you made prior to the last time you clicked Apply.

Approvers

Two fields for selecting who should receive email notifications when there is a new registration to be approved or denied. The list is populated with PowerSchool ERP users whose User Login in their Employee Information detail pages matches the User ID of a record in Security's Users page. The users also must have an email address associated with their employee records.

Require Approval for New Registration?

Checkbox to determine if approval is required for new user to register for Professional Development. Select the box if you want approval to be required for registration.

Notify Approver - New User Registration

Checkbox to determine if approvers should be sent notification if a new user registers. Select the box if you want approvers to receive the notifications.

Notify User - Registration Approved

Checkbox to determine if users should be notified when their registration has been approved. Select the box if you want users to receive the notifications.

Notify User - Registration Denied

Checkbox to determine if users should be notified when their registration has been denied. Select the box if you want users to receive the notifications.
