Use this tab to define who should be notified and when for new user registrations. With the settings on this tab, you can define the following:

Whether approvals are required for new registrations.

Whether approvers should be notified when a new user registers.

Approvers who should receive notification when a user submits a new registration.

Whether users should be notified that their registration has been approved or denied.
Menu Path: System Administration > Administration > Profiles > Workflow Configuration Profile > click User under Professional Development > select the User Forms tab

Approvers |
Two fields for selecting who should receive email notifications when there is a new registration to be approved or denied. The list is populated with PowerSchool ERP users whose User Login in their Employee Information detail pages matches the User ID of a record in Security's Users page. The users also must have an email address associated with their employee records. |

Checkbox to determine if approval is required for new user to register for Professional Development. Select the box if you want approval to be required for registration. |

Notify Approver - New User Registration |
Checkbox to determine if approvers should be sent notification if a new user registers. Select the box if you want approvers to receive the notifications. |

Notify User - Registration Approved |
Checkbox to determine if users should be notified when their registration has been approved. Select the box if you want users to receive the notifications. |
