Use this option of the Workflow Configuration Profile to define web and application servers that will be used for Recruitment workflow.
Menu Path
From the System Administration menu, select Administration. From the Profiles menu, select Workflow Configuration Profile. From the Service Maintenance menu, select Global Settings.

Applicant Recommendation |
Checkbox indicating if your organization will be using the Applicant Recommendation Workflow. You must use this workflow when using Recruitment. |
