Disclaimer Maintenance Overview
The Disclaimer Maintenance page allows administrators to edit disclaimer messages that will appear to users when they encounter different scenarios in Employee Timesheets.
Menu Path: Administration > Disclaimers
Editing Disclaimer Messages

Under Administration, select Disclaimers.

Select Edit on the desired disclaimer.

Enter the desired disclaimer message.

Select Save.
The following disclaimer messages can be edited:

This message displays when the system is locked via the profile. |

Forgotten Password Page Disclaimer |
This message displays on the Forgotten Password page. |

Leave Banks Page |
This message displays in the Leave Banks section on the My Timesheets page. |

Login Page Instructions |
This message displays below the User ID and Password fields on the login page. |
|
Main Menu Page |
This message displays on the Employee Timesheets homepage. |
|
Overtime Disclaimer |
This message displays when an employee submits a timesheet with overtime hours onit. |
|
Print Time Card Disclaimer Message |
This message displays at the bottom of printed time cards. |

Submit Button Disclaimer |
This message displays on the Employee Timesheets page after the user selects Save and Submit. It is located next to the checkbox that must be selected before the user can select Submit. |
