e-Form History


Use the e-Form History option to review the Applicant Recommendation e-Form if the applicant is hired and then selected from Applicant Information or Job Applicant Viewer when the e-Form was initiated. The e-Form History will display the requests made through the Employee Termination and Applicant Recommendation workflows. All records in this page are display-only.

Menu Path:  Human Resources > Entry & Processing > Employee > Employee Information >search for and select an employee > select History on the Action Bar > click e-Form History

Page Sections

Review e-Form History page includes the following sections:

Requests Made by Employee

Displays the e-Form History for all requests initiated by the employee.

Request Made for Employee

Displays the e-Form History for requests made for the employee.

Viewing e-Forms

  1. Select Human Resources > Entry & Processing > Employee > Employee Information to display the Employee Information search page.

  2. In the Search Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to list, and then click Find. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.

  3. In the List section, select an employee.

  4. On the Action Bar, select History, and then click e-Form History to display the Review e-Form History page. All records in this page are display-only.

  5. To view an e-Form, select a record, and click OK.

Fields

The fields in the Request Made by Employee and Request Made for Employee are the same, except as noted.

Field

Description

First Name

The first name of the person who initiated the e-Form. This column displays only in the Request Made by Employee section.

Last Name

The last name of the person who initiated the e-Form. This column only displays in the Request Made by Employee section.

Form Type

The workflow e-Form that was initiated by or for the employee. The field displays one of the following:

Termination
Applicant Recommendation

Note

If the user viewing this page has the same user login as one for the employee record being viewed, Termination form types will not display in the Request Made for Employee section.

Last Date to Pay/ Hire Date

The date on the e-Form that was initiated by or for the employee. For the Termination form type, the date entered in the Last Date to Pay field on the e-Form will display this column. For the Applicant Recommendation form type, the date entered in the Hire Date field of the e-Form will display in this column.

Request Date

The date the e-Form was submitted by or for the employee.

Status

The status of the workflow. The field displays one of the following:

A - Approved
D - Denied
E - Approved/Errors during Interface
N - Canceled
O - Open
P - Partially Approved
X - Interfaced

Notes

Any notes that may have been entered when the e-Form was initiated.

Request ID

System-generated number identifying the request.
