Workflow uses two fields on an employee's record in the Employee Information detail page: User Login field in the General section and Email field in the Employment tab.

The Email field must be defined on each user's employee record for workflow notifications to be sent.

A valid User Login must be defined for employees who are also PowerSchool ERP users. The value in this field corresponds with the User ID field on their user record in security. If the employee is not a user of PowerSchool ERP, this field should contain the same identifying number as the Employee Number field.
