Import Tool Enhancements

We have made improvements to the import process to ensure a more seamless experience when updating employee records.

• Base Location Validation Issue

  • Previously, if the base location was not provided in the import file, the system defaulted it to ‘0’ and attempted to validate it against existing location codes. This caused errors, even when the employee already had a valid base location in the system. This has been fixed. The system will now only validate and update the base location if a value is provided in the CSV file. If no value is provided, the employee’s existing base location will remain unchanged, preventing unnecessary errors.

• SSO Mapping Import Issue

  • When updating SSO mappings, the system incorrectly flagged records as errors even when the data in the import file matched what was already stored in the system. This has been fixed.

These enhancements ensure that valid existing data is not unnecessarily flagged as an error, allowing for a smoother and more intuitive import process.

The eSERS Contribution report load process was enhanced to show days and hours for supplemental pay.
